Tropical Blur

Tropical Blur is a mixtape series blending world music with electronic experimentations. A music style and concept also known as Fourth World and pioneered by the works and philosophy of American composer Jon Hassell. The show also tends to interrogate the concept of exoticism, by building bridges and blurring the lines between musical traditions and sonic abstractions. It’s a soundtrack for an imaginary island with music selected and mixed with love by Truc.
