Echoes, Archives
Echoes, Archives is a bi-monthly show, focusing on the electronic music atmosphere of a city somewhere in the world. These cities will be places that are rarely, if ever, featured in the world of electronic music. I’ll be exploring a variety of styles, from ambient and shoegaze to bass music, electronica and techno.
Co-founder of the feminist event collective Pépite en piste and member of the webradio Egregore, Odi found her way into mixing through the strength of the collective. Deeply affected by the relentlessly faster, louder rhythm that society demands, crafting of mixes — on stage or on air — is a way for her to slow down, to observe, and deeply listen.
Always curious to learn more about the living world, Odi now seeks to recreate an almost organic fabric through her sets — through oscillations of genre, disordered musical architectures, sounds that hit hard or barely whisper.
Profoundly drawn to spaces like micro-festivals and alternative stages — places offered to those who dream of a world thought up by and for community — she aims to build musical propositions that belong to that movement.
